B-Say-Tah is a resort village on the shores of Echo Lake, one of the Fishing Lakes in the Qu'Appelle Valley, about 70 kilometres north-east of Regina. It sits in the Rural Municipality of North Qu'Appelle No. 187, five kilometres west of Fort Qu'Appelle on Highway 210, with Echo Valley Provincial Park just two kilometres to the west.
The community incorporated as a resort village on August 6, 1915. Today it is run by an elected council and an appointed administrator, who meet on the third Tuesday of each month.
On the west side of the village stands the Saskatchewan Fish Hatchery, the only aquaculture facility in the province that produces fish for recreational purposes.
